The Vietnam evisa is valid for a maximum of 30 days for single entry, applicable for various travel purposes such as tourism, business activities, family visits, transit, and health treatment.

REQUIREMENTS

•           A passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel date with at least 2 blank pages.

•           One digital portrait photo, front view, and no glasses, no hats

•           A copy of the passport's personal data page.

•           Credit cards for online payment (American Express cards are not accepted).

STEPS TO APPLY

Step 1: Visit the "Apply online" section and fill out the three sections:

Section 1: General Information

•           Select the type of visa and the number of applicants.

•           Choose the processing time and entry date.

•           Select the port of entry (airport, seaport, or land port).

Section 2: Personal Information

•           Provide your full name, nationality, and gender.

•           Upload a clear portrait photo and a copy of the front page of your passport.

Section 3: Contact Information

•           Provide your email address and phone or WhatsApp number.

Review the application form and submit it. You will receive a confirmation email after successful submission.

Step 2: Pay the visa fee online using a secure payment gateway.

Step 3: Access the tracking page and enter your passport copy or email address to check the visa status. Once processing is complete, you will see "Congratulations! Your visa was approved." Click on "Download" to obtain the visa in digital format.

It is important to carefully review your eVisa for accuracy upon receipt. If you notice any mistakes, notify the relevant authorities immediately for timely action. The order of names is not crucial, but they should match the bottom line of the front page of your passport.

Step 4: Show your eVisa for entry into Vietnam. You can present a digital copy on your phone, although certain airlines may require a printed copy to issue a boarding pass.
