Cancellations and Refunds

The Vietnam Immigration Department applies a strict no-refund policy for all Vietnam visa applications, as fees are charged for the processing work rather than for the visa result. Therefore, once your visa application has been received and processing has begun, or once the visa approval letter has been issued by the Immigration Department, no refund can be provided. Visa application cancellations are not accepted once processing has commenced with the Immigration Department.

We process your visa based on the exact information you provide in the online application form. We are not responsible for visa rejections or incorrect visa issuance resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by you. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving issues before your departure, no refund will be issued for false or incorrect information provided by the applicant.

Please ensure that your visa approval letter matches your passport and personal details before traveling.

If your application is rejected, the service fee will be refunded in full as soon as possible. However, the government processing fee is non-refundable.

Errors

We strive to process your visa accurately, but occasional mistakes may occur. Please review your visa application and approval letter carefully.

• Processing time begins only after we have received your complete and confirmed information.
• If you find any errors in the visa approval letter, contact us immediately at support@vietnamvisa24.com or by phone at +84 70 554 9868.
• If we do not receive an error notification within 7 days of sending the visa letter, we will not be responsible for any failed applications, denied entries, or losses.

If the error is due to our mistake, we will issue a new visa free of charge. If the error originates from the applicant’s side, the applicant must pay the full fee for a new visa.

Fees and Payment

Vietnamvisa24 charges a visa processing fee for all online visa applications. Payment methods include credit/debit card, Western Union, or bank transfer.

Processing Time and Service Completion

Visa processing begins only after full payment has been verified.

Standard processing typically takes 5–7 business days. For urgent requests (within 1 hour or 1 business day), an additional fee will apply.

Processing time is counted from the moment we receive both full payment and all correct information required by the Vietnam Immigration Department. In special cases, additional documents may be required, resulting in longer processing times. You will be notified via email in such cases.

Our service is considered completed once the visa approval letter is sent to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to notify us promptly if you do not receive the letter. If no notice is received within 7 days, we will assume successful delivery. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect email addresses or failure to contact us.

Disclaimers

We are not responsible for any losses, delays, or cancellations of your flights, tours, or accommodation bookings arising from visa rejection or delivery failures due to reasons beyond our control or due to applicant-related issues (e.g., incorrect email, invalid information).

Normally, visa approval takes 5–7 working days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. To avoid potential problems, we strongly recommend applying for your visa at least 1–2 weeks before your departure date.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
